Meet Lillian — the middle sister with a personality as bright and bold as her ideas. After moving from Illinois to Colorado in 2022 for a Marketing and Event Coordinator role in the heart of Denver, she quickly found her stride. Nearly four years later, Colorado is still home, and Lillian is now the powerhouse working behind the scenes as our marketing guru.
She’s the heart and mind behind our social media, website design, and overall brand presence. With an unmatched eye for creativity and a natural gift for storytelling, Lillian brings vision to life and turns ideas into something unforgettable.

Say hi to Abby — the one who puts pen to paper and keeps everything (and everyone) on track. You’ll find her at every setup and teardown, ensuring every vase holds the exact same number of stems, every candle glows just right, and every ribbon is cut to perfection. Precision is her language, and excellence is her standard.
Outside of Campbell & Co., Abby works as a special education teacher for high school students, bringing the same care into everything she does. Most recently, she stepped into her newest and sweetest role yet — welcoming her first child, Shae.
